As of a few days ago, our land line was cut off when the incompetent ISP finally enabled our Naked DSL line properly.
So, if you want to call us, I suggest not using the landline, and instead, use our mobiles! Or even better, use email so I don’t have to talk on the phone. It’s not you. I like you. Really.

Do I have a guaranteed response time? There’s SLA’s to adhere to!
what’s the point of landlines? we keep ours, for the convenience of mebbe 5-10 folks who don’t wish to email or call our mobiles…

For years we’ve been paying for $30 worth of line rental for $5 worth of calls. It was just ridiculous really. But now that we’ve gotten rid of the landline, I could justify a shiny new iPhone — yay!
