I just sent off our Motion CD with the fee to upgrade to Final Cut Studio… I guess it will be here in about a week. I also got a call this morning from the real estate agent saying ‘Um… actually the offer of only paying half your rent until the painting of the house was done was only for one month’, so we need to fork out more cash for this month’s rent. Bah, I say.

Tenants union, or somesuch.

If they’re interfering with your usage of the house and land you rent, you should be recompensed. For the entire period.

yeah, go see the tenants union, or yr community legal centre. did they give you in writing the duration of yr reduced rent period? bah indeed!

matters not. write them a letter telling them that having people painting and working on yr house for this period is inhibiting your rightful usage of the property.
seriously, tenants union stuff. talk to them.
