I’m back from Centrelink – I spent 3 hours sitting there getting more and more frustrated as they run late, tell me that the extra forms I took home for Crumpet to fill out weren’t needed after all, and then tell me that their system has buggered up and they need to re-enter all the information from my phone interview.
Seriously, the place needs a grenade.
