Mirrormask

December 10, 2005 by paul

The Crump and I watched Mirrormask last night, and I’d have to say it’s the most visually stunning piece of work I’ve ever seen. The trailer does a terrible job of getting the mood of the piece across, but if you liked Labyrinth when you were a kid or just love fantasy in general, check it out. We’re on a bit of a Neil Gaiman kick at the moment, so seeing it was inevitable.

For those not in the know, Mirrormask is currently only showing in Australia at Cinema Nova in Melbourne and The George in Sydney.
