Huh!
I just got a call offering me an interview tomorrow.
Basic gist of the job: Mobile installer and consultant for SME/SOHO customers, the company contracts with Harvey Norman so I’d be setting up systems for their customers and selling services, etc. Not exactly where I see myself staying for a huge amount of time but as my mother would undoubtedly say, it’s a job.
The basic wage is $30k + super + car + performance bonuses, which means at the very least I’m no worse off than I was at my previous job. More info tomorrow, I guess!

Yah, permanent. If I get offered the position I’ll be buying Edge’s PowerMac (assuming he still has both it and the video card available).

nah, somebody else got in first, so i’ll be checking out what computers now have in stock in their refurb department, either a dual 2.3 or 2.5 system i think…
